OUR COMPANY
Not just guided tours on horseback; Ancient grains and a vegetable garden are the first seeds to have been planted on the property to begin creating a self-sufficient company; the old olive grove will soon be regenerated and fertilized by our laying hens.
Beef and goat meat will soon be integrated to complete the company's production cycle.
White roads cross the property, among woods of cork oaks, olive trees, wild pears, meadows of sea asparagus, glasswort, rush, helichrysum and mastic.
Strawberry tree, tree heather, myrtle, cistus salvifolio, sea cistus, wild lavender are other essences that characterize the flora of the Estate.
During spring the more humid areas are enriched with colors thanks to splendid orchids that dot the humid meadows together with the wild gladiolus, the tazetta narcissus and the sagitta.
At the edges of the flooded areas, the white narcissus of the poets blooms in winter.
The Riu San Giovanni and the Rio San Pasquale cut through the property reaching the sea, creating a brackish water delta populated by numerous birds including ospreys, kingfishers, gallinules, herons and pink flamingos.
Wild animals populate the uncontaminated fauna: ducks, tortoises, partridges, hares, doves, foxes, martens, green toads, weasels and wild boars.
